Staff is very friendly, and helpful with any questions. We loved that our boats had Bluetooth speakers, and staff instructed us how to operate everything. Our boat had a new anchor system on the front, Very easy to unclip and tie a buoy if anchor is stuck. Loved it compared to the old anchor systems!
